Few Words to parents and guardians:

Dear Parents/Guardians,

While thanking you for your faith and belief in us by putting your ward under our care and observation, it is with great pleasure that our Teachers and Staff members welcome you and your child to another wonderful year of learning 2018-19 at N. V. English Academy, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga.

The teachers and staff join me in saying we are happy to have you as part of our School family. We are excited about the start of the new session with effect from 2nd April 2018 and we are once again determined to continue creating self-sufficient, independent citizens with an enthusiasm for learning and respect for social values. By working together as Parents and Educators, I am sure, we will do so.

However, I would like to attract your personal attention on few points quoted hereunder for necessary action at your end:-

Punctuality of Students:-

It is told that “Well begun is half done”. The learning begins right from the Morning Assembly in which presence of the child is obligatory. Late arrival of the child will deprive him/her from a major part of learning activities generally conducted during Morning Assembly.

Please ensure that the child arrives daily well in time as per the timings of the School as otherwise he/she would not be allowed to enter without valid reasons.

Text Book/Note Books/Dresses:-

A child must possess all the prescribed Text Books, Note Books, Dresses and other stationeries required for his/her day to day learning from the first day of his newly admitted/promoted Class. You are requested to provide all these well before commencement of classes from the specified place to maintain uniformity.

Identification of belongings:-

Personal belongings of your child like Bag, Water bottle, Tiffin Box, Books, Note Books, Sweater, Scarf etc should have the name of your child embossed on it to avoid chance of mixing with those of other Child.

Information regarding specific problem of the Child:-

If your child suffers from any specific problem for which any specific medication is required at the hour of need, then this should be communicated to us positively.

Updating Mobile Number:-

In addition to written communications we shall be interacting with you through messages (SMS) in regard to Attendance, Home work and other relevant information. It is, therefore, requested to update your mobile number with the number which you operate personally.

Submission of Aadhaar Card :-

As per directives of the Government, the admission details of each child have to be linked with the Aadhaar number of the Child. As such you are requested to submit a copy of the Aadhaar card of the Child on or before 23rd April 2018.

Food Items:-

These days children are vulnerable to junk foods. Kindly avoid it and provide them healthy, nutritive and homemade food items in adequate amount so as to fulfill his/her daily needs. A napkin and an extra dress may also be provided in case of small kids.

Departure of Students:-

After attending all the periods of the day, a child eagerly awaits the last bell to go. The moment it goes, he/she is in great hurry to go home. It is requested to collect back your child on time without letting him/her to wait for you.

Use of Valuable Articles:-

Please do not provide any valuable articles like Jewellery, Gadgets, Mobiles etc for its use within School hours. School will neither allow nor will be responsible for its loss/theft.

Payment of School Dues:-

The Irregular payment, Part payment, Late payment may impose FINE, suspension from Class/Exams and even name struck off from the Class Roll. It is, therefore, requested to deposit fees within 20th of every month to avoid above repercussions.

अभिभावकों के लिए दो शब्द

प्रिय अभिभावक,

हमारे देख-रेख एवं संरक्षण में अपने पाल्य को रखने के लिए आपके प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करते हुए अति आनंद एवं उत्साह के संग हमारे शिक्षक बृंद एवं सहकर्मी गण आगामी विलक्षण शैक्षणिक सत्र २०१८-१९ में एन.भी.इंग्लिश एकेडमी, लहेरियासराय, दरभंगा में आपका एवं आपके पाल्य का स्वागत करते हैं ।

शिक्षक बृंद एवं सहकर्मी गण मेरे संग कहना चाह रहे हैं कि आपको अपने विद्यालय परिवार के सदस्य के रूप में पाकर हम अति प्रसन्न हैं। २ अप्रैल २०१८ से शुरू होने वाले नये सत्र के लिए हम अति उत्साहित हैं और पुन: एक आत्मनिर्भर, स्वतंत्र , सदैव पठन-पाठन को आतुर एवं सामाजिक मूल्यों का आदर करने बाला नागरिक समाज को समर्पित करने हेतु प्रतिबद्ध हैं । शिक्षक और अभिभावक साथ-साथ मिलकर हम अवश्य यह कर पायेंगे, ऐसा मुझे दृढ़ विश्वास है ।

तथापि निम्नलिखित बिन्दुओं पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु आपका ध्यान आकृष्ट करना चाहुंगा ।

छात्रों की समयनिष्ठता:-

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि “अच्छी शुरुआत आधी सफलता होती है”। वस्तुतः पठन-पाठन प्रातः सभा से ही प्रारम्भ हो जाता है जिसमे छात्रों की उपस्तिथि अनिवार्य है।विलम्ब से पंहुचने पर प्रातः सभा में सामान्यतया परिचालित गतिबिधियों से वो बंचित रह जायेंगे। कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि प्रतिदिन छात्र /छात्रा विद्यालय के समयानुसार पंहुचे अन्यथा बिना किसी बैध कारण के प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा।

पाठ्य पुस्तक, कापियां एवं पोशाक:-

नई कक्षा में सत्र प्रारंभ के प्रथम दिन से ही छात्रों के पास पाठ्य पुस्तक, कापियां, पोशाक एवं अन्यान्य सामग्री होनी चाहिए। अस्तु निवेदन है कि एकरूपता एवं समरूपता हेतु विद्यालय द्वारा निर्दिष्ट स्थान से उपरोक्त सामग्री बच्चों को उपलब्ध करा दें।

अपने सामानों की पहचान:-

आपके बच्चे के सामानों यथा बैग,पानी का बोतल,टिफिन बॉक्स,पुस्तक,कापियां,स्वेटर, स्कार्फ आदि पर उनका नाम अंकित होना चाहिए ताकि दूसरे बच्चों के सामानों के साथ विलय की संभावना ना रहे ।

विशेष समस्या की सूचना:-

आपका पाल्य यदि किसी विशेष समस्या से पीड़ित है जिसके लिए किसी विशेष परिचर्या की जरुरत है तो इसकी सूचना हमें अवश्य दें ।

मोबाइल नंबर अद्यतीकरण:-

लिखित पत्राचारों के अलावे भविष्य में छात्रों की उपस्थिति, गृह कार्य एवं अन्यान्य महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाओं का आदान-प्रदान हम एस.एम्.एस. के द्वारा किया करेंगे । अतः निवेदन है कि विद्यालय में अद्यतन मोबाइल नंबर जिसका आप स्वयं उपयोग करते हों अवश्य जमा कर दें ।

आधार कार्ड प्रस्तुति:-

सरकार के आदेशानुसार सभी छात्रों के नामांकन का विवरण उनके आधार के साथ लिंक करना अनिवार्य है । अतः निवेदन है कि दिनांक २३.०४.२०१८ या उससे पहले अपने पाल्य का आधार कार्ड जमा कर दें ।

खाद्य सामग्री:-

बच्चों की रूचि आजकल बाजारू और रेडीमेड खाद्य पदार्थों की ओर ज्यादा रहती है । कृपया इसका व्यवहार न करते हुए उन्हें स्वास्थ्यबर्धक, पौष्टिक एवं घर में तैयार खाद्य सामग्री ही प्रतिदिन यथेष्ट परिमाण में उपलब्ध कराएँ। छोटे बच्चों के लिए नैपकिन और एक अतिरिक्त पोशाक उनके बैग में रखा जा सकता है।

छात्रों का निर्गमण:-

कक्षाओं की समाप्ति के बाद छात्रों की घर जाने की व्यग्रता चरम पर होती है। जैसे ही छुट्टी की घंटी बजती है उन्हें घर पंहुचने की बहुत ही जल्दबाजी रहती है। ऐसे में आपसे अनुरोध है कि वगैर उन्हें प्रतीक्षा कराये समय से उन्हें वापस ले जाया करें।

मूल्यवान वस्तुओं का उपयोग:-

कृपया अपने बच्चों को मूल्यवान वस्तुएं यथा आभूषण, गजेट, मोबाइल आदि विद्यालय में उपयोग करने हेतु उपलब्ध न कराएँ। विद्यालय ऐसे किसी भी वस्तुओं के उपयोग का न तो अनुमति देता है और न ही इसके खो जाने की जिम्मेदारी लेता है।कृपया अपने बच्चों को मूल्यवान वस्तुएं यथा आभूषण, गजेट, मोबाइल आदि विद्यालय में उपयोग करने हेतु उपलब्ध न कराएँ। विद्यालय ऐसे किसी भी वस्तुओं के उपयोग का न तो अनुमति देता है और न ही इसके खो जाने की जिम्मेदारी लेता है।

स्कूल फ़ीस की अदायगी :

अनियमित, आंशिक और विलम्ब से स्कूल फ़ीस का भुगतान करने पर विलम्ब शुल्क, कक्षा/परीक्षा से निलंबन या फिर नाम कटने की कई तरह की परेशानियों आ सकती है। अस्तु निवेदन है कि हर माह के २० (बीस) तारीख से पहले फ़ीस का भुगतान कर दिया करें । हमें दृढ़ विश्वास है कि पूर्व की तरह आपका पूर्ण सहयोग हमें प्राप्त होता रहेगा।
